The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) welcomes your participation in the Green Key Eco-Rating program!
With the environment a top-of-mind issue for government, business and consumers, your Green Key designation will help increase your occupancy rate and reduce your energy operating costs.

How do I register my property and what are my payment options?
Registering for the program is simple and can be completed on-line in just a few minutes using a credit card.

• By Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard): Complete the online registration below using our secure e-banking function.
  
• By Cheque: Download and fax a copy of the completed Green Key Registration Form to the HAC. Your hotel will be entered into the Green Key system by the HAC and you will be issued an invoice.
  

How do I register multiple properties and what are my payment options?

• The online payment system will only allow for registration and payment of one property at a time. To register multiple properties in this program we recommend you contact the Hotel Association. Each property will be required to complete a registration form which HAC will use to manually register each property in the system for you. An invoice for the total amount will be then issued which can be paid by credit card or cheque.

Note: A discount applies to hotel companies registering ten (10) or more properties at a time. Contact the HAC for details.

Cost to Participate
Membership in the Green Key Eco-Rating Program is renewed on an annual basis. All properties, regardless of size, pay a flat annual membership fee of just $350 (+ GST).
